a) You have the right, for disputes arising from credit agreements, which fall within the scope of the “on Credit Agreements for Consumers in relation to Residential Properties Act 2017, as amended from time to time”, to submit your complaint to the Financial Οmbudsman, who is the alternative dispute resolution body between KEDIPES and you.

b) You can also submit your complaint, for disputes arising from credit agreements, which fall within the scope of the “Consumer Credit Agreements Law of 2010, as amended from time to time”, to the alternative dispute resolution body between KEDIPES and you, who is the Financial Οmbudsman.

c) Additionally, in accordance with the “2010 Law on the Establishment and Operation of the Single Body for the Out-of-Court Resolution of Financial Disputes, as amended from time to time”, if two (2) months have passed since the date of receipt of your complaint and you have not received a response.

You have the right to submit your complaint to the Financial, Οmbudsman,within twelve (12) months from the date of submitting a complaint to KEDIPES.
