When this proves to be impossible, alternative methodologies are employed such as auctions, liquidations, or sale of assets in a systematic manner, to maximize the value of repayment towards the State aid received by the ex-Cyprus Cooperative Bank.<\/li>\n<li>The assets and share capital of KEDIPES are pledged for the benefit of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to the state aid provided to the ex-Cyprus Cooperative Bank Ltd.
