The Agreement between Altamira Asset Management (Cyprus) Limited, and Altamira Asset Management S.A for the sale of 49% of Altamira Asset Management (Cyprus) Limited shares has now been completed, following the Commission for the Protection of Competition\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n

As announced on 27th of April 2020, the Agreement concerned the sale to Altamira S.A, 490 Class “A” shares, of the nominal value set at \u20ac 1.00 each, which were held by the Cooperative Asset Management Company Ltd (“SEDIPES”) with a sale price of \u20ac 4.5 million.<\/p>\n

Commitment 12, from the List of Commitments undertaken by the Republic of Cyprus toward the European Commission on the sale of SEDIPES’s share at Altamira Cyprus, has been now implemented.<\/p>\n
