By decision of the General Meeting held in August 2018, the Cooperative Cyprus Bank Ltd was renamed as Cooperative Asset Management Company Ltd (SEDIPES).
SEDIPES is registered under the Cooperative Companies Law and is the parent company of the Cyprus Asset Management Company (KEDIPES).
In January 2019, SEDIPES has obtained:
- A license as a Credit Redemption Company (license no. 115.1.34.9) and
- A license as a Non-Credit Institution (license no. 115.1.35.2).
