- Complaints regarding accounts that have been transferred to Hellenic Bank,
- Complaints concerning objections to restructurings which are submitted within certain time frames directly to the Committee for Resolution of Restructuring / Grant Regulation Disputes.
The Committee for Resolution of Restructuring / Grant Regulation Disputes is established in accordance with the provisions of the Directive “The Arrears Management Directive of 2015-2020” and its Annexes (“Framework for Arrears Management” and “Code of Conduct for the handling of borrowers facing financial difficulties”, with the main purpose of implementation by the Cyprus Asset Management Company LTD (KEDIPES) of efficient and effective strategies, policies, structures, processes and mechanisms, to manage arrears and achieve fair and sustainable restructurings of loans of borrowers facing financial difficulties.
In the event that you either rejected the restructuring plan proposed by KEDIPES or doValue Cyprus on behalf of KEDIPES, or KEDIPES did not find a viable restructuring plan for your case, you have the right to submit an objection to the Dispute Resolution Committee.
