By decision of the General Meeting held on August 30, 2018, the Cyprus Cooperative Bank Ltd was renamed the Cooperative Asset Management Company Ltd (SEDIPES).
SEDIPES is a registered company based on the Law on Cooperative Companies and is the parent company of the Cyprus Asset Management Company (KEDIPES) and of the CCSRE Real Estate Company Ltd.
