Do I have to submit my complaint only in writing?

You may also submit your complaint to the Complaints Management Department by phone.

Can the Complaints Management Department be objective and impartial?

The staff of the Complaints Management Department have experience and are able to investigate and evaluate in depth any issue that may concern you. The aim is to get a substantiated answer, in accordance with the regulatory and institutional framework.
